LOW SELF ESTEEM & CONFIDENCE

One of the most common issues people wish to overcome is Low Self Esteem. Some over-criticize themselves, or see themselves as inferior; others actually dislike themselves. Many people have suffered a difficult childhood, bullying or other trauma. This can lead to feelings of extreme self-doubt, loneliness or hopelessness.

The way we view and feel about ourselves has a profound effect on how happy we feel, and our ability to enjoy successful relationships. Low Self Esteem can hold us back, whether giving a presentation at work, going on a date or simply socializing.

Negative self-talk

Insecure people tend to imagine that others are judging or criticizing them unfairly, often imagining they can hear what others are thinking. They live in fear of being found out, exposed, or humiliated. They often focus on their 'faults' and imagine others are too, at the same time as ignoring any good qualities.
These fears can take over their lives, preventing them from living and enjoying life normally - and causing great anxiety.

Self-talk is often cruel & harsh

    • I'm stupid
    • I'm ugly
    • I'm unlovable
    • I'm weak
    • I'm a failure
    • I'm not good enough
    • Everyone is looking at me
